Why Train?
Never has training been of such high priority in funeral service as now. Consider what the recent Office of Fair Trading report had to say about training:

 “Training can improve productivity and help ensure that high quality standards are applied across the board. A first class service is likely to reduce complaints and raise the level of prestige of the organization. For the individual, the experience of being able to perform a job well can provide personal satisfaction and an increased level of confidence, which in turn raises morale and encourages retention.”

 In addition to meeting the needs of new employees, it is important for all who work in funeral service to keep abreast of issues affecting the industry through Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The BIFD now required all their members to have a minimum of two hours CPD each year.

Designed and delivered by experienced practitioners, Funeral Service Training (London) exists to provide a range of training and educational programmes to funeral service employees, from the Diploma in Funeral Directing to tailor-designed courses and CPD advice.
